The project

2564 Laurier is an infill development. We are replacing one single-family home with six stacked townhomes, each holding three rental units, for 18 homes on a lot that now houses one household.

The building stays in the neighbourhood's scale while using the land far more efficiently. It is designed to be held and operated as a long-term rental.

Where the project stands today, and what comes next.

  1. Site acquiredLand secured in February 2024.
  2. Design and permitsIn progressArchitecture, zoning and building permit approvals. Permit approval expected Winter 2026/27.
  3. ConstructionDemolition of the existing house and build of the six townhomes. Construction begins Spring 2027.
  4. Move-inUnits open to tenants in Summer 2028.
